Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Trade Symbiotic website, the Trade Symbiotic indicator for TradingView, and any related content we publish (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by TradeSymbiotic, a business registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 90052471, VAT number NL004783522B79, trading as Trade Symbiotic (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Trade Symbiotic is a technical-analysis indicator that runs inside TradingView, together with related educational content. It is a charting tool. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. See “No advice & risk” below.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for your own personal use.

3. Accounts & access

The indicator is an invite-only TradingView script. After you subscribe, we grant access to the TradingView username you provide, and it appears under your invite-only scripts. You are responsible for giving us the correct username and for keeping your own accounts secure. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred.

4. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

• Plans & price. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are stated excluding VAT; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Payment processor. Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to the provider's buyer terms, and your statement may show the provider's billing descriptor.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling stops future renewals.

5. Refunds

Every plan is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Licence & acceptable use

While your subscription is active we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the indicator on your own TradingView account. You agree not to: share, redistribute, or republish the indicator or its code; attempt to copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer it; remove or obscure ownership notices; or use the Service unlawfully or to harm the Service or other users. We may suspend or end access for breach.

7. Intellectual property

The indicator, the website, the brand, and all related content are owned by Trade Symbiotic and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. No advice & risk

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation. The indicator and its signals are tools and opinions that may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Trading carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital; past performance and past signal accuracy never guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always do your own research and consult an appropriately licensed professional before trading.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Symbiotic will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, again without prejudice to those mandatory rights.
